Any luck losing weight?
As you may or may not know.. I won the ‘Fitzroy St. Fat Boys Biggest Loser Competition’ back in January to March. I lost 22 lbs over-all and I was extremely impressed with myself. I don’t know if I felt that much better than I do now, or if I had that much more energy.. but I know I looked different (obviously). However since that time I’ve stopped paying too much attention and I’ve found that I’ve put some of it back on. That has got to stop.
I didn’t do anything spectacular when I lost the weight.. in fact I sort of did a number of things. I played hockey 3 times at least a week which is a great workout, I tried to drink as much water as humanly possible (which is something I KNOW I don’t do now), and I took a few diet pills (Hydroxicut which is now banned or recalled due to liver damage.. great!).
I’m wondering if anyone else out there has any luck, or knows which ones are the best diet pills to take? I’ve actually tried a few others.. and they’ve done nothing from what I see.. Hoodla from the makers of Hydroxicut, and another one which was horrible and did nothing. Now it’s not like I’m a huge guy with an enormous gut or anything, but honestly.. I want to keep it that way.. everyone wants to lose a little weight right?
Both of my brothers ‘better-halves’ have lost a lot of weight lately using Weight Watchers.. I think one is 32.6 lbs, and another is over 35 lbs.. that’s a LOT! And they eat just fine from what I can tell.. would anyone suggest that?
Anyhow.. I guess the ole ‘diet and exercise’ is the best bet.. however if there was a supplement to help out, I don’t see any problem in doing that as well
