Ever since I started my budget, I’ve been looking at ways to save money. Even though it’s tough to stick to a budget (I can’t honestly say I’ve stuck with it dollar for dollar), I will give it the benefit of the doubt and say that it makes you more aware or where your money goes. I mean, I’m not looking to all of a sudden be the cheapest man in town, however, if there are ways to save a few dollars on items you’re going to buy anyhow.. why not do that? I mean.. almost every few coupons you use at a Grocery Store can save you a few days of buying that cup of coffee in the morning!($1.64 x 7 x 52 = almost $600 a year on coffee! and that’s only one a day!)
Anyhow.. I digress, wanted to share some good sale items today.. check them out.
Buy.com in the US has a great deal on Mr. Clean Auto-Dry Carwash.. $13.99? you kidding me? Canadian Tire can’t beat that price! I’ve heard really good things about Auto-Dry, and now that I’ve got a new car and I near broke my back cleaning it last night, I think that would be a good idea to purchase something like this and see what it’s like.

Us in Atlantic Canada however get a better local flavor with travel deals, and they can be found at the Travel Alerts site.
There are also sites out there which take the weekly flyers and actually tell you the best deals and where to find coupons to get even better of a deal.. they can be found here. (*Unfortunately they didn’t do this weeks yet.)
