As I’m sitting here and my stomach is rumbling, I’m going to do probably the worst thing that I could think of.. write about food. I think I’m nuts.
I want to advise you of (based on their own nutritional facts) the best and worst foods you can get at your favorite (or not) Fast Food restaurants!
I must admit, I was shocked when I found out the healthiest item on McDonalds menu… is a hamburger. However I’m relieved that my Wendy’s Chili which I love, is the best thing on Wendy’s menu.. hmm.. I may pick some up on the way home and put it on some rice.. love that stuff!

Crazy, isn't it? One thing to really watch is the sodium content though. Sodium is a hidden evil!! Also, isn't it sad how none of their fancy, dancy salads really are that good for you? Let's face it, it has now been proven, you're actually better off with the burger sometimes. Who'd have thunk it??
