Tim Hortons/Robins Donuts Coffee – For Weight Watchers

Ok first of all.. I like Robins coffee better.. for the record…However, I think this is good information for any weight watchers or even people who want to just cut down some calories every day.

Per the Tim Hortons website.. a large double double is 230 calories with 12 grams of fat (no fiber) means 5 points per large coffee..

Oh so many of my friends..Double-Double

But MY coffee a large with milk and twin and the values go to 34 calories 1 g of fat.. and 0 points!

My Coffee every morning.. I use Robins.. but same diff

Now every so often I’d use a milk & sugar in my coffee, but adding that up only adds to 1 point. Still a lot better than 5!

Wow do those little things add up eh?

Low fat coffee is really great but be careful for it's side effects.
