Was just sent these pictures via email and thought I would share them. The last pictures I had of Sidney Crosby ended up generating a lot of hits since they were with him sleeping with the Stanley Cup.
My brother was in Vancouver after the game and in the streets and said that it was an unbelievable atmosphere. I can only imagine as I know that here in PEI everyone I talked to was beeming ear to ear and couldn’t get over it. I actually think that it will be one of those goals that people will talk about for years and years.. much like the “shot heard round the world”. Wow, I don’t care if I took the best sleeping pill in the world – if I was in Vancouver on closing ceremony Sunday.. it would have been a very long night!
