Hmm.. about me?

Always tough to write about ones self isn’t it? I am a 32 33 (*sigh* another birthday) year old guy whom lives in the East Coast of Canada, in a little place called Prince Edward Island. Most people I know don’t even know where that is.. but that’s fine by me.. in my opinion.. it’s one of life’s little hidden secrets. Truth be told.. it’s beautiful here. One thing I like about living here in PEI, is that we get a taste of all 4 seasons.. (a little too long of a winter.. but that’s fine I guess).

I have 2 beagles whom I adore and treat as my own kids.. Hunter and Bella. They have changed my life for the better in that they’ve given me a greater sense of responsibility and one of the best gifts they’ve given me is my interest in Non-Profit animal shelters.

I have developed and helped maintain a content management system for Heavenly Creatures in NFLD, Canada. (www.heavenlycreatures.ca).. this is where my beagles were adopted from, and I continue to donate monthly to their cause with the revenues their blog (which I also run) generate.

Since their site is almost completely self-run now, I have been able to shift focuses to PEI. The PEI Humane Society is something that I try to help out where I can as well. I run their FaceBook web site, and also created their twitter profile and send out almost daily tweets with the animals available.

I live with my beautiful girlfriend Liz.. whom is unbelievable in every way I can think of. We have grown together so much in the last few years that I’ve known her and I really look forward to what life holds for us in the future.

My main interests are making my money work for me, and getting the most out of it. Which is why I’m so attracted to stocks. I can’t think of a better way to make money, and to be good at it.. would reap huge rewards and benefits… plus the fact you could do it anywhere helps even more!

I also have an avid interest in photography, so you may see some shots I take on the blog as well from time to time.
