To me it’s amazing how bad customer service is getting all over the world.  It IS important and it DOES make a difference… people whom read the following will NOT think to themselves.. “Yeah.. Bank of America is Awesome!”

Well, I can definitely admit when I’ve made a mistake.. and I made a big one with BAC. Not only did it not bounce, I would have made a small fortune if I was short instead of long.. or knew how to get out at a loss for that matter! Fortunately for myself, I didn’t..
