Facebook shares personal information with developers who create games and quizzes in a way that breaches Canadian privacy law, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada has found.

There’s been a few friends status updates I’ve seen lately that are ‘cleaning up’ their Facebook to only include people that they talk to regularly, care about, stalk.. you know.. that sort of thing. I think the reason for this is the amount of updates some people put in, and the application updates that are useless and most don’t care about, and the odd person that likes to post about every single thing they are doing at every single moment.. Are you as sick as I am of seeing the Facebook applications show up in the feed.. stuff like “Which Safari Animal Are You?” and “What type of car are you?”.. well.. I sure as hell am.
