As I sit here staring at my stats for the blog today.. (over 3400 hits today alone), I have to remember to keep blogging when I have a second!
Anyhow, me and Liz keep on trucking with the Weight Watchers program. I really like it, the biggest difference I find besides eating habits is that I’m really enjoying cooking good foods every night for dinner. After I watched Michael Moores’ SICKO way back when, I did find it interesting as to why the US has such a different health care system than the Canada.
